  • When to tell us you're moving
    Let us know you're moving home 3 business days before you move.
  • What to tell us
    We'll need to know the date you are moving out (service stopped) and contact details so we can send you your final bill.
  • Does Andamooka supply services at my new address?
    If you are moving to another location in Andamooka, call us on 1300 151 935 or email us at aph@jeril.com.au to ensure your service continues.
  • How do I supply my final meter reading?
    If you have a smart meter you don't need to do anything as we'll get your reading automatically. If your meter isn't smart, please call us on 1300 151 935 and we'll send a technician to take your reading.
